BIOGRAPHIE

With her PhD in Management Science from Angers University, Amal Aribi has integrated at Evry Val d’Essonne University as Associate Professor. Amal teaches Human Resource Management and knowledge in organizations. She is member of the management science laboratory LITEM from Paris-Saclay University. Amal Aribi has published in different international reviews about absorptive capacity, knowledge process, intellectual capital, innovation and human resource management.
